On March 3, the beginning of spring, Jinan Longmen Mountain Scenic Spot ushered in a team feast full of vitality and passion. All the staff of our company gathered here to carry out a unique outdoor group building activity with the theme of "forging excellent team". As a national 4A scenic spot with majestic mountains, ecological oxygen bars and professional development facilities, Longmen Mountain provided the perfect stage for this event with its lush natural scenery and mature team collaboration venue.
Breaking the ice: Collaborative games inspire team potential
At the beginning of the activity, all the staff were randomly divided into four teams, and the barriers were quickly broken through the fun grouping ceremony. The first task, "cooperative water collection", tested tacit understanding: teams need to relay mineral water bottles to the finish line under obstacles such as blindcovering, time limit and silence, using only body language to convey information. The team members or hunched shoulder, or hand signals, in tension and laughter to explore the efficient cooperation of the "pass code".
The subsequent "frisbee competition" link, each team avatar "tactical master" -- some people accurately throw directly hit the bull's eye, some people fly to save the tide, more players take the initiative to cheer for the opponent, the competitive spirit and team style perfect integration. In the game of "Snake", four teams are transformed into "human long dragons", racing and weaving between winding mountain roads. They not only need to maintain a coherent formation, but also need to race against time to complete the task. The dual challenges of physical strength and strategy push the team's execution to a new height.
Peak confrontation: encourage people to show cohesion
As the final project, "drum and Ball" will push the activity to a climax. Each team controls a round drum with 12 ropes and makes the ball bounce continuously through collective force. From the initial scramble to the later flow of clouds and water, the team members constantly adjust their positions, unified rhythm, and even spontaneously shouted "three degrees left! Hold on!" Precise instructions. When the "Ling Yun team" with 106 consecutive bounces to set a new record, the audience applauded, this moment of achievement has gone beyond the victory and loss, become a bright medal of team trust and tacit understanding.
Sound shock mountains and rivers: the slogan is loud and clear to write the soul of the team
"Rock rock, overcome difficulties!" "A spark starts a prairie fire, dare to be the first!" -- In the creative competition of "team slogan", the four teams forged the enterprise values and team characteristics into a SONY declaration in diversified forms such as poetry adaptation and dialect rap. The sound waves penetrate the valley and dance with the spring breeze, attracting tourists to stop and cheer, becoming the most moving scenery line of Longmen Mountain on that day.
Trace of light and shadow: smile freeze-frame eternal memory
During the activity, the teams took theme photos under the thousand-year old trees, beside the waterfalls and springs: or posed for the creative shape of "climbing the peak by human ladder", or held the self-painted team flag to show their personality. The final group photo of all staff is more magnificent -- more than 200 employees wearing unified t-shirts form a huge "concentric circle" at the viewing platform of the main peak of Longmen Mountain. The blue sky screen and green grass under the UAV lens reflect the confident faces, and the enterprise spirit of "concentric walking together" is permanently engraved.
Concentration: nature empowers us to build the future together
As the sun set, Xiao Li from the Marketing Department said, "When my hand was tightly held by my teammates to complete the 'greedy snake' sprint, I suddenly understood what 'a group of people with one heart' is." As the event director said in the summary: "This team building is not the end, but the starting point of the team upgrade. We break through cognitive boundaries in collaboration and rebuild trust bonds in challenges, which is the core competitiveness of enterprises to cope with future changes."
