Jinan Zunkai Materials has refreshed its hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coil inventory effective July 2026, expanding the available thickness range in both product categories to serve increased demand from pipe manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and general fabrication shops.
The hot-rolled coil (HRC) inventory now covers thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 16 mm, with standard widths of 1,250 mm and 1,500 mm. Grades in stock include Q235B, Q345B, and SS400, all produced to GB/T 912 and JIS G3101 standards. HRC is supplied with pickled and oiled surface finish for material up to 6.0 mm, and hot-rolled black surface for heavier gauges.
Hot-rolled coil serves as the base material for pipe and tube manufacturing, structural sections, automotive chassis components, and general fabrication where surface finish is not critical or where downstream processing (shot blasting, painting) is planned.
The cold-rolled coil (CRC) range has been expanded to cover 0.20 mm through 2.0 mm in width 1,000 mm and 1,250 mm. Grade SPCC (JIS G3141) is the primary stocked specification, with DC01 (EN 10130) available on request. Surface finish is bright, smooth, and oiled for rust prevention during storage and transit.
Cold-rolled coil is specified for applications requiring tighter thickness tolerance, superior surface finish, and consistent formability — including automotive panels, appliance housings, furniture components, and electroplated or painted finished products.
Zunkai Materials sources HRC and CRC from multiple ISO 9001-certified mills in Shandong and Hebei provinces, providing supply chain redundancy and competitive pricing. The July 2026 inventory refresh positions the company to offer shorter lead times on mixed orders that combine hot-rolled and cold-rolled material in a single container.
